SCHEDULE 22 Minor and consequential amendments

The Environmental Protection Act 1990

55 Sections 16 to 18 of that Act (appointment of inspectors, powers of inspectors and others and power to deal with cause of imminent danger of serious harm) shall cease to have effect.
