123E+W+SIn section 215 of that Act (local inquiries) in subsection (3) (application of section 250(4) of the M1Local Government Act 1972 in relation to the National Rivers Authority) for the words “the NRA”, in each place where they occur, there shall be substituted the words “ the Environment Agency ”.
