SCHEDULE 22 U.K. Minor and consequential amendments

11 U.K.In Schedule 2 to the M1 Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 (departments and authorities subject to investigation)—

(a) there shall be inserted at the appropriate places the entries—

(i) “ Environment Agency ”; and

(ii) “ Scottish Environment Protection Agency ”;

(b) after note 1, there shall be inserted—

“1A The reference to the Environment Agency is a reference to that Agency in relation to all its functions other than its flood defence functions, within the meaning of the M2 Water Resources Act 1991.”; and
