Amendments of the Radioactive Substances Act 1993 E+W+S

8 E+W+S [F1 In the M1 Radioactive Substances Act 1993, in Part II of Schedule 3—

(a) in paragraph 12, for the words “Sections 16 and 17” there shall be substituted the words “ Section 16 ”;

(b) at the end there shall be added—

“17A Part III of the M2 Environmental Protection Act 1990.”.]
