3E+WIn section 69(1) of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 (interpretation), in the definition of “local authority”, for the words from “has the same meaning” to “Broads Authority” there shall be substituted “ means any local authority within the meaning of the M1Town and Country Planning Act 1990, any National Park authority, the Broads Authority or ”.
