The Secretary of State may make regulations about the cancellation and delivery up of wreck removal insurance certificates issued under section 255N.

A person who fails to deliver up a certificate in accordance with the regulations is guilty of an offence.

A person guilty of the offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 4 on the standard scale.
