The Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984 shall be amended as follows.

In section 67(1) (application of sections 63 to 66 to certain persons treated as restricted patients)—

paragraph (a)(ii) and the preceding “or”; and
b
the words from “or the order” to the end,
shall cease to have effect.

In section 69(3) (persons ordered to be kept in custody during Her Majesty’s pleasure), for the words from “an order” to the end there shall be substituted “
