The Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975 (c. 21) U.K.

133 S In section 376 (power of court to order hospital admission or guardianship)—

(a) subsection (2) shall cease to have effect; and

(b) in subsection (3), for the words “as aforesaid” there shall be substituted “ summarily in the sheriff court with an act or omission constituting an offence ”.
