The Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975 (c. 21)

108 In section 310 (incidental applications)—

(a) the words “Part I of Schedule 2 to the Summary Jurisdiction (Scotland) Act 1954 or in” shall cease to have effect; and

(b) after the word “open” there shall be inserted “shut and”.
