6 E+W Nothing in this Act prevents any rights or liabilities which immediately before 1st April 1996 are (by or by virtue of any enactment repealed by this Act) enforceable by or against a Special Health Authority from continuing on and after that date to be enforceable by or against the Special Health Authority.
