Part II U.K. Contraventions under the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979

27 U.K. For subsection (2) of section 34 (offence of contravening prohibition on grogging) there shall be substituted the following subsection—

“(2) A contravention of this section shall attract a penalty under section 9 of the Finance Act 1994 (civil penalties).”
