Part III Supplementary

80 Financial provisions.

(1)

There shall be paid out of money provided by Parliament—

(a)

any sums required by a Minister of the Crown, an office-holder F1or the Forestry Commissioners for making payments under contracts entered into under or by virtue of Part II of this Act;

(b)

any administrative expenses incurred by a Minister of the Crown or office-holder in consequence of the provisions of this Act; and

(c)

any increase attributable to this Act in the sums so payable under any other Act.

(2)

In this section—

“Minister of the Crown” has the same meaning as in M1 the Ministers of the Crown Act 1975;

“office-holder” has the same meaning as in Part II of this Act.
