1 S In section 10 of the Riotous Assemblies (Scotland) Act 1822 (compensation for damage to buildings caused by acts of riotous assemblies etc.), for “regional or islands council” substitute “ council (being a council constituted under section 2 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994) ”.
