The enactments mentioned in Schedule 3 to this Act are repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.

Paragraph 9 of Schedule 2 to the Criminal M1 Justice (Confiscation) (Northern Ireland) Order 1990 (which amends section 29(1) of the Criminal M2 Justice (International Co-operation) Act 1990) is hereby revoked.
