In section 3 of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1987 (assessment of the proceeds of drug trafficking), for paragraph (a) of subsection (4) there shall be substituted—
a
section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act 1994; or
Sch. 1 amendments as specified therein have the same extent as the enactments to which they relate.
