In section 40 of the Drug Trafficking Offences Act 1986 (extent), for subsection (4) there shall be substituted—

Section 34 of this Act and, so far as it relates to that section, this section, extend also to Scotland.
Sch. 1 amendments as specified therein have the same extent as the enactments to which they relate.
