In section 50 of the Criminal Appeal Act 1968 (meaning of “sentence”), in subsection (1), as amended by paragraph 1 of Schedule 5 to the Criminal M1 Justice Act 1993—
a
in paragraph (d), for the words “Drug Trafficking Offences Act 1986” there shall be substituted the words “
Drug Trafficking Act 1994
”
; and
b
in paragraph (g), for the words “section 4A of the Act of 1986” there shall be substituted the words “
section 19 of the Act of 1994
”
.
Sch. 1 amendments as specified therein have the same extent as the enactments to which they relate.
