24 Detention of arrested juveniles after charge.E+W
In section 38(6) of the M1Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (detention of arrested juveniles after charge), in paragraph (b), for the words “age of 15 years” there shall be substituted the words “ age of 12 years ”.
