In section 4 of the M1Criminal Justice Act 1987 (transfer of certain fraud cases to Crown Court), in subsection (1)(b)(ii), for the words “seriousness and complexity” there shall be substituted the words “
seriousness or complexity
”
.
Sch. 9 does not extend to Scotland in so far as it relates to s. 17(1) of the Video Act 1984 see s. 172(16)
