In section 53 of the M1Criminal Justice Act 1991 (notices of transfer in certain cases involving children)—

in subsection (1), for the words “served” and “on” there shall be substituted the words “
given
”

”
;

in subsection (3), for the word “service” there shall be substituted the word “

.
