Magistrates’ courts’ jurisdiction in cases involving children and young persons U.K.

5 U.K. In section 18 of the M1 Children and Young Persons Act 1963 (jurisdiction of magistrates’ courts in certain cases involving children and young persons)—

(a) in paragraph (a), for the words “the age of seventeen” there shall be substituted the words “ the age of eighteen ”; and

(b) in paragraph (b), for the words “the age of seventeen” there shall be substituted the words “ the age of eighteen ”.
