Young offenders: detention under secure training order U.K.

16 U.K. Section 67 of the M1 Criminal Justice Act 1967 (computation of sentences of imprisonment or detention passed in England and Wales) shall be amended by the insertion in subsection (5), after paragraph (b), of the following paragraph—

“(c) to secure training orders under section 1 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994;”.]
