In section 1 of the M1Local Authorities (Goods and Services) Act 1970 (supply of goods and services by local authorities), in subsection (4), in the definition of “public body" after the words “local authority" there shall be inserted the words “ , any police authority established under section 3 of the M2Police Act 1964, any ”.
