General
90 Regulations under Justices of the Peace Act 1979.
After section 69 of the 1979 Act there shall be inserted—
69A Regulations.
A statutory instrument containing (whether alone or with other provisions) regulations made by virtue of section 12, 21, 24C, 24D(2), 25(2) or 62A of this Act shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
I191 Minor and consequential amendments.

Schedule 8 to this Act (which makes minor and consequential amendments relating to magistrates’ courts) shall have effect.

92 Interpretation of Part IV.

In this Part of this Act “the 1979 Act” means the M1Justices of the Peace Act 1979.

Expressions used in this Part of this Act and in the 1979 Act have the same meaning in this Part as in that Act.
