In section 3 (restriction of liability)—
a
in subsection (1)—
i
for the words “to which section 1 of this Act applies” there shall be substituted the words “
(whether one to which section 1 of this Act applies or one to which section 1A of this Act applies)
”

after the words “under section 1” there shall be inserted the words “
or 1A
”
