78In paragraph 5 of Schedule 7 to the Gas Act 1986 (modifications of the Pipe-lines Act 1962), in sub-paragraph (5), in the definition of “local authority”, in paragraph (a) omit “and Wales” and after “City of London;” insert—
“(aa)in Wales, the council of a county or county borough;”.
