The Residuary Body shall be treated as a local authority for the purposes of—

a

the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 (c. 56);

b

the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960 (c. 62);

c

the Local Government (Records) Act 1962 (c. 56);

d

section 13(7)(f) of the Employment Agencies Act 1973 (c. 35) (circumstances in which Act does not apply);

e

section 28 of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 (c. 37) (restrictions on disclosure of information);

f

sections 30 (repayment of advances of remuneration), 38 (use of spare capacity) and 41 (resolutions, minutes, etc.) of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 (c. 57);
