Schedule 4 shall have effect for the purposes of paragraph 8 of Schedule 6 to the M1Insolvency Act 1986 and paragraph F11 of schedule 3 to the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016 (by virtue of which sums to which Schedule 4 to this Act applies are preferential or, as the case may be, preferred debts in cases of insolvency).
