4 (1) In section 13(2)(a), the words from “and does” onwards shall be omitted.

(2) In section 14, subsection (3) shall be omitted.

(3) In Schedule 6, paragraph 11 shall be omitted.

5 In section 111, subsection (3) shall be omitted.
