The Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 (c. 4) E+W+S

38 E+W+SIn section 44(8) of that Act for the words “section 21 of the Pensions Act” there shall be substituted the words “ section 21 of the Social Security Pensions Act 1975 ”.
