3Nothing in section 47(2) of the [1958 c. 47.] Agricultural Marketing Act 1958 (restriction on disclosure of information obtained under the Act) shall restrict the disclosure of information by the Board in accordance with the provisions of an approved scheme or in connection with the establishment of a development council under the [1947 c. 40.] Industrial Organisation and Development Act 1947.
