Application of Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 1981
35The [S.I. 1981/1794.] Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 1981 shall apply to any transfer under an approved scheme of the whole or any part of the undertaking of a milk marketing board, or of a subsidiary of such a board, whether or not that undertaking would, apart from this provision, be treated as an undertaking in the nature of a commercial venture for the purposes of those Regulations.
