(a)the tenant under the new lease is [F1the Chapter of a cathedral] and the lease comprises property which forms part of the endowment of a cathedral church, and
(b)compensation is paid as mentioned in paragraph 9(b) above,
the sum received shall be treated as part of that endowment.
