61 E+W+S In section 117(5) of the 1992 Act (provisions operating only in relation to certain positions in case of special register bodies), for the words Chapter IV (elections for certain union positions) only applies there shall be substituted the words “ Sections 45B and 45C (disqualification) and Chapter IV (elections) apply only ”.
