In section 106 of the 1992 Act (amalgamation or transfer involving Northern Ireland union)—
a
in subsection (2), for the words 98 to 100 (approval of instrument; notice to members; passing of resolution) there shall be substituted the words “
98 to 100E and 101(3) (approval of instrument, notice to members and ballot on resolution)
”

in subsection (4), for the words section 103 there shall be substituted the words “
