34E+W+SIn section 5(3)(e) of the Industrial Training Act 1982 (functions of industrial training boards), at the end there shall be inserted the words “ and may provide services or arrange for the provision of services in pursuance of arrangements made, or a direction given, under section 10 of the Employment and Training Act 1973 (careers services) ”.
