30In paragraph 18(e) of Schedule 11 to the 1978 Act (power for Employment Appeal Tribunal rules to provide for interlocutory proceedings to be dealt with otherwise than in accordance with paragraph 16), for the word proceedings there shall be substituted the words “ matters arising on any appeal or application to the Appeal Tribunal ”.
