1E+W+SIn section 119A of the Factories Act 1961 (notice of employment of a young person to be sent to local careers office), in subsection (2)(a) (definition of “local careers office”), for the words from , under to the arrangements) there shall be substituted the words “ services are provided in pursuance of arrangements made, or a direction given, under section 10 of the M1Employment and Training Act 1973 in the area ”.
