The Sex Discrimination Act 1975 (c. 65) E+W+S

8 E+W+S In section 15 of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 (employment agencies etc.)—

(a) for subsection (2) there shall be substituted—

“(2) It is unlawful for a local education authority or education authority or any other person to do any act in providing services in pursuance of arrangements made, or a direction given, under section 10 of the M1 Employment and Training Act 1973 which constitutes discrimination.”, and

(b) in subsection (5), for the words or an education authority there shall be substituted the words “ , education authority or other person ”.
