SCHEDULE 8 Consequential amendments
The Employment Act 1988 (c. 19)

In subsection (1) of section 26 (status of trainees etc.) of the Employment Act 1988—
(a)
after the words under section 2(3) there shall be inserted the words “
or section 14A
”
; and
(b)
for the words the said section 2, or as the case may be the said section 2(3) there shall be substituted the words “
any of those three sections
”
.
