15In section 56A of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 (codes of practice in the field of employment), in subsection (10) (relevance of codes in proceedings under that Act before industrial tribunals), after the words under this Act there shall be inserted the words “ or the M1Equal Pay Act 1970 ”.
