SCHEDULE 2 Consequential amendments

In section 70(2)(a) of the M1Transport Act 1982 (payments in respect of applications for exemption from wearing seat belts)—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (i) for the words “35 of the Social Security Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ 64 of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 ”;

(b)

in sub-paragraph (iA) for “37ZA” there shall be substituted “ 71 ”; and

(c)

in sub-paragraph (iii) for “57” there shall be substi tut ed “ 103 ” and for “61(1)”, “ 104(1) ”.
