Law Reform (Personal Injuries) Act 1948

In section 2 of the M1Law Reform (Personal Injuries) Act 1948 (measure of damages)—
a
in subsection (1)(a), for the words “section 22 of the Social Security Act 1989” there shall be substituted the words “
section 81 of the Social Security Administration Act 1992
”
; and
b
in subsection (1A), for the words “paragraph 4(1) of Schedule 4 to the Social Security Act 1989” there shall be substituted the words “
section 85(1) of the Social Security Administration Act 1992
”
.
Sch. 2: Amendments and repeals (with specified exceptions) are coextensive with the enactments amended or repealed see s. 7(4)(5)(8)
