105(1)In subsection (7) of section 6 of the M1Social Security Act 1989 (benefits for women widowed before 11th April 1988) for the words “section 104 of the principal Act” there shall be substituted the words “ section 25 of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 ”.E+W+S
(2)In subsection (9) of that section—
(a)for the words “Subsection (4) of section 104 of the principal Act” there shall be substituted the words “ Section 28 of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 ”; and
(b)for the words “that section” there shall be substituted the words “ section 25 of that Act ”.
