22 U.K. In section 16(3) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990—

(a) for “1971” there is substituted “ 1992 ”, and

(b) for “section 12(1)” there is substituted “ section 10(1) ”.

23 U.K. In sections 20(7) and 35(8) of that Act for “1971” there is substituted “ 1992 ”.

24 U.K. In section 42(6) of that Act—

(a) for “1971” there is substituted “ 1992 ”, and

(b) for “section 12(1)” there is substituted “ section 10(1) ”.

25 U.K. In section 288(9) of that Act for “1971” there is substituted “ 1992 ”.

26 U.K. In section 323(1) of that Act for “section 11 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1971” there is substituted “ section 9 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992 ”.
