In Schedule 2 to the Child Support Act 1991 (provision of information to Secretary of State), in paragraph 2—
a
in sub-paragraph (2), for the words “community charge benefit" there shall be substituted the words “
council tax benefit
”
; and
b
in sub-paragraph (4), in paragraph (b) of the definition of “appropriate authority", for the words “community charge benefit, the charging authority" there shall be substituted the words “
council tax benefit, the billing authority
”
.
