Power to impose imprisonment for default in payment of fines U.K.

2 U.K. In section 71B of each of the 1955 Acts and in section 43B of the 1957 Act (power to impose imprisonment for default in payment of fines), in subsection (2) (which refers to the Table in section 31(3A) of the Powers of Criminal Courts Act 1973) for the words from “from time to time ” to “the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ” there shall be substituted “for the time being in force ”.
