26E+WIn section 174(3)(a) of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, after the words βor the Water Act 1989,β there shall be inserted the words β the Water Industry Act 1991 or any of the other consolidation Acts (within the meaning of section 206 of that Act of 1991) β.
