31E+WIn section 4(1)(a) of the Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1976, after the words “or the Water Act 1989,” there shall be inserted the words “ the Water Industry Act 1991 or any of the other consolidation Acts (within the meaning of section 206 of that Act of 1991) ”.
