65 Land drainage regulations.E+W
(1)Each of the Ministers shall have power to make regulations—
(a)for the purpose of prescribing anything which may be prescribed under this Act (other than under section 74 below); and
(b)generally for the purpose of carrying this Act into effect.
(2)[F1Subject to section 66A(4),] the power to make regulations under this section or any other provision of this Act shall be exercisable by statutory instrument subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
